The detective of murder of City of New York Vincent LaMarca has forged a career long and distinguished in the application of the law, doing a name for him as a man extremely committed to his work. But in his last case, the bets are higher for Vincent*mdash; the suspect that he investigates is his own son. He and Joey have been painfully alienated since Vincent got divorced from his wife and left the begun declining walks of Long Beach, Isla Larga for the anonymity of Manhattan and a career hit with the NYPD.
