As they travel Tristan discovers the sense of true love, but does not realize that he leads Yvaine in even more danger.

Dave Spritz, to a meteorologist without meteorological qualifications in Chicago, is faced with his own fury that life has not gone on because he had planned. A gifted man who finds it difficult to see his own talent because he compares himself with his Pulitzer profit, distant father is in a low low tide. Nicht zu erwähnen, dass "Anhänger" am Erkennen von ihm auf der Straße und dem Werfen des Essens an ihm Freude haben. Die anderen Probleme in seinem Leben, einer bösen Ex-Frau, schikanierte eine Tochter in der Schule, und ein Sohn, der gerade Rehabilitation verlässt, hilft nicht. Und Spritz möchte lieber gerade an Geschlecht wirklich denken. Durch die Entdeckung eines Hobbys das Anschließen mit seinem sterbenden Vater und das Stehen bei seinen Kindern sehen wir den Charakter wachsen und ein Held werden.
