The half-wolf, half-husky named Balto gets a chance to become a hero when an outbreak of diphtheria threatens the children of Nome, Alaska in the winter of 1925. He leads a dog team to a 600-mile trip to the Alaskan wilderness to get medical supplies. The movie is based on a true story which inspired the Iditarod dog sled race.

There they find a magic cloakroom which leads to a mystic land called Narnia over which from a bad witch is ruled. To thwart the witch, they must join to forces with Aslan, the lion’s God of Narnia.
