A look of modern day on the war of America on medicaments repeated by four separated stories which are somehow connected. In Middletown, at 23h, two accidents of the cars happen to the same time, affecting the lives of five groups different from persons. A drunk driver hits a man in a lonely way near to a bridge; three young men hit a woman with a station wagon, one of the passenger has a separate penis while another man in the way shoots them; a young man steals a shop of convenience, with the support of the salesman; a man finds a body in a cemetery and gets rid of him; and a young woman who claims to be pregnant attempts of lifting the money of an abortion. They all of these characters and his fates are very connected.
