A group of Russian mobsters have stolen a huge supply of paper for printing U.S. currency, and is now the market with conterfeit accounts. When one of the mobsters decide to give itself and to deliver data to a CD DA, is shot and killed, but not before handing the disk to an unsuspecting Tommy Lee. Despite working with the police as a martial arts instructor, Lee did not go to police with the disc, but instead continue the course, giving time for the mafia to kidnap his daughter and hold as hostage in exchange for returning the drive. Tommy will see his daughter again?
