It is the 35 year of the Common Era. The Emperor Tiberius is bothered by strange phenomena, an earthquake and the sky that becomes a black like an eclipse. His astrologers give him the just notice: his omens indicate that the world is in the strong pains of a great riot and that the old gods were destroyed. A new monarchy is on the point the rise to the East. The Emperor calls Tito Valerio Tauro, more prominent investigator in Rome, behind his exile. It was years condemned to the ostracism before because he had discovered when Augusto, the predecessor of Tiberius exaggerated as for the death of the great Emperor. And the same thing maintains truly, more surpreendentemente still, for women - equal on men in the eyes of the Christian God. One of these women who believe in Jesus will offer finally to Taurus the key to the understanding of the mystery of Jesus of the death of Nasareth and will end the mission with which the Emperor entrusted him. His name is Tabitha. She still has not twenty years and she will reveal the mystery of the love to the most intelligent Roman and more disenchanted investigator.
