In Middletown, at 23h, two accidents of the cars happen to the same time, affecting the lives of five groups different from persons. A drunk driver hits a man in a lonely way near to a bridge; three young men hit a woman with a station wagon, one of the passenger has a separate penis while another man in the way shoots them; a young man steals a shop of convenience, with the support of the salesman; a man finds a body in a cemetery and gets rid of him; and a young woman who claims to be pregnant attempts of lifting the money of an abortion. They all of these characters and his fates are very connected.

A retired special agent called John Matrix drove one unity of elite and left the force armed to live in a mountain isolated at house with his daughter Jenny.
