Ken Park concentrates on several adolescents and his tortured lives of house. The Shawn seems to be the most conventional. The Tate overflows with the psychotic anger; Claude is habitually harassed by his brutal and pampered father, rather uncomfortably, by his enormously pregnant mother. The peaches take care of his father with devotion religiously, but yearns for the freedom. They are all the quite tight ones, or of that time they protest. But they spend the time very little together and none of them seems to know very much on the family lives of an other. This strange dichotomy there underlines his distancing * the result of the suburban tedium, the inherent sense of an adolescent of the melodrama, and the worrying nature of his ambiences of house.
