Ben bowman (Jean-Claude Van Damme) is a thug / enforcer for a criminal organization. Annoying of job, he says to his colleagues that it is ready to retire. His wife Cynthia is a social helper for INS. It brings to a Chinese daughter of refugee in their home. Soon, the Sun Quan (Simon Yam) wants his daughter behind. Cynthia bowman is slaughtered and the son Nicholas de Ben disappears, with the Chinese girl. Ben must save the children and avenge the murder of his wife.
