Racklin Bill is a deputy sheriff in Oklahoma Greer County, the crystal method of capital in the region. His girlfriend left him, because it is fun with it, but look things up when his high school sweetheart, Annie Streets, home to take care of her ailing mother. Annie's step-father, Buck Baker, is the heart of local rich guy, buying up agricultural. On a stakeout, Rack and two other deputies arrest four men stole the fertilizer to make methods of crystal, one of the four is the brother of a notorious Mexican drug dealer. Drug lord takes Annie's kidnapping and a ransom from his brother. Rack and deputies, prisoner in the car, head for Mexico to save it.
