Billy Madison is not worked, non-polite vagrant that he lives completely on his dad. He spends his day drinking beer, reading girly you search, and appearing for the partnership. When does his father carry out that Billy is unsuitable of directing the business of family, does Billy decide what he must turn to the school and gain a true education. He imagines that it will not be any problem that returns to the high school and learns finished again, until he learns that his father bought degrees Billy’s passer-bys during all the time behind in the elementary school. So, Billy must return to the elementary school and pass each degree one after other in short space of time, or he loses his place like heir of the company. Besides more, Billy tries to gain the hand of the Verônica, a teacher of sexy school who thinks that his students are more ripe than Billy.
Billy Madison é um não trabalhado, madraço não-educado que vive inteiramente de seu papai. Ele passa o seu dia bebendo cerveja, lendo girly revistas, e aparecendo pelo consórcio. Quando o seu pai realiza que Billy é impróprio de dirigir o negócio de família, Billy decide que ele deve voltar à escola e ganhar uma verdadeira educação. Ele imagina que ele não será nenhum problema que volta à alta escola e aprende acabado novamente, até que ele aprenda que o seu pai comprou graus passantes de Billy durante todo o tempo atrás na escola elementar. Assim, Billy deve voltar à escola elementar e passar cada grau um após outro em curto espaço de tempo, ou ele perde o seu lugar como herdeiro da companhia. Além do mais, Billy tenta ganhar a mão da Verônica, um professor de escola sexy que pensa que os seus estudantes são mais maduros do que Billy.
