While in the license, the British agent James Bond prevents a young woman, Tracy Draco, of committing suicide. His father is the leader of a cartel of mighty crime who is impressed by the Obligation and wants that he protects his daughter getting married with her. In the exchange he offers the information on Obligation that will drive 007 to his enemy of arch Ernst Blofeld. In the first Obligation accepted to the agreement purely to carry out his objective to kill Blofeld but then he grows to love Tracy but when the Britons learn that Blofeld plans to destroy the humanity with a mortal virus, 007 is torn between his loyalty to his county and his intention of getting married by Tracy.
