An American scientific exploratory expedition to the icebound waste of Antarctic is interrupted by a group of the apparently mad Norweger-Verfolgens and shooting a dog. The helicopter which pursues the dog accidents, no explanation of the pursuit leaving. During the night the dog changes and attacks other dogs in the cage and the members of the teams who investigate. The team soon understands that a foreign life form with the ability to take over other bodies on the loose one is and they do not know who could have been already taken over.

Eine amerikanische wissenschaftliche Entdeckungsreise zur eingefrorenen Verschwendung der Antarktis wird durch eine Gruppe des anscheinend verrückten Norweger-Verfolgens und Schießens eines Hunds unterbrochen. Der Hubschrauber, der die Hund-Unfälle verfolgt, keine Erklärung für die Verfolgung verlassend. Während der Nacht verändert der Hund und greift andere Hunde im Käfig und den Mitgliedern der Mannschaften an, die nachforschen. Die Mannschaft begreift bald, dass eine ausländische Leben-Form mit der Fähigkeit, andere Körper zu übernehmen, auf dem losen ist und sie nicht wissen, wer bereits übernommen worden sein kann.

Manny is *quot; patron*quot; prisoners in a high prison of security of Alaska. Renken, the manager of the prison without heart wants to kill it, therefore Manny runs away with the help of another young prisoner, a Male, who follows it. Both fugitives succeed in arriving at a store of rail and becoming integrated a train. Problem is, the engineer died and the train is absolutely out of control and nothing can stop it. So by leaving the prison, Manny and Male are on board of something it that is both their freedom and their death.

Manny est "le patron" des détenus dans une haute prison de sécurité de l’Alaska. Renken, l’administrateur de la prison sans coeur veut le tuer, donc Manny s’enfuit avec l’aide d’un autre jeune prisonnier, un Mâle, qui le suit. Les deux fugitifs réussissent à arriver à un dépôt de rail et devenir intégrés un train. Le problème est, l’ingénieur est mort et le train est complètement hors du contrôle et rien ne peut l’arrêter. Ainsi en quittant la prison, Manny et Mâle se trouvent à bord de quelque chose ce qui est tant leur liberté que leur mort.
