A retired special agent called John Matrix drove one unity of elite and left the force armed to live in a mountain isolated at house with his daughter Jenny. But now he is got out of the retreat when his daughter is kidnapped by a band of killers’ intention of the vengeance! Without knowledge of the Womb, the members of his ancient unity are being killed one by one. Even though ‘General of friendly Matriz Franklin Kirby gives armed policemen of Womb, the attackers manage to kidnap the Womb and Jenny. The womb learns what Bennett, ancient member of his’ unity Womb that dead man was judged it kidnapped to try to force the Womb to do a political murder of a man called Arius (who is called El Presidente), a leader there fights once upon a time bested for the Womb who wants to drive a military blow in his house country. Since it will tell Arius to kill Jenny if the Womb is refused, the Womb with reluctance accepted the demand.

A matriz aprende que Bennett, antigo membro da sua’ unidade Matriz que foi julgado morto o raptou para tentar forçar a Matriz a fazer um assassinato político de um homem chamado Arius (quem se chama El Presidente), um líder militar outrora bested pela Matriz quem deseja conduzir um golpe militar no seu país de casa. Desde que Arius mandará matar Jenny se a Matriz se recusar, a Matriz com relutância aceita a exigência.
