The Quick Ray is an expert of bomb of ex-CIA living as a foreigner now on high-tech someplace in Miami, Florida. Munro of May heard her addresses and tries scores of times to persuade the Ray to bomb the guys who killed his parents once. The ray begins overshadowing the May.
