When fiftysomething Suzette loses the job as a bartender she decides to make a road trip to visit his old friend Vinnie whom she did not see for their days as the groupies in day. On the way it meets Bait, a nervous author who says that he goes home to confront his father, shows him then his gun. As soon as they attain their destination Suzette note that Vinnie is now Lavinia, a conservative housewife who grumbles to acknowledge the power of flowers of his youth and Bait find confrontation with him rather than with its father.
