Announced as one of the big absolute theatric releases, *quot; 12 Men Furieux*quot; concentrate on deliberation of a jury in a case of murder of capital. They send a jury of 12 men to begin deliberation on probation of assassination of a defendant of 18-year-old Latino in the nagging death of his father, where a guilty verdict means an automatic death sentence. Case looks to be ouvre-et-ferme: the respondent has a weak alibi; a knife which he pretended to have lost is found in the stage of murder; and several witnesses fact to shout heard, saw murder or boy escaping the stage. Eleven of the jurors vote immediately for culprit; only sworn No. 8 (Mr. Davis, played by Henry Fonda) throw guilty vote not. To first Mr. Davis bases his moreso vote only for debate finally, jurors have to think beyond a reasonable doubt that the respondent is guilty. As deliberation unfolds, history quickly becomes a study of the complex personalities of jurors (which vary of sage, shining and empathetic in arrogant, told and implacable), preconception, funds and reciprocal actions. It provides the backdrop Mr. Tries of Davis in the firm belief of other jurors than one *quot; not *quot; guilty verdict could be appropriated.
