In 1989, Nino Brown, a small trafficker of drug of time, is convinced by one of his hoodlums in the same type as the wave of the future he is in the derivative of cocaine, crack. Brown sees the potential in the crack and tries to be established as the real principal bolt killing his rivals and up to going for what to assume an entire apartment block. To stop him they are secret it catches the Scotch Terrier Appleton and Nick Paretti. Appleton especially wants to obtain to Child due to the fact that he murdered the mother of the Scotch Terrier as the part of a band initiaton. Also implied it is Pookie, ancient crackhead who wants to reduce Child also.
