Ted Cogan is U. S. the soldier who fights in the Iraq when he is injured in an explosion during an attack that left a dead innocent Iraqi family, and comatose he with a front wound. On the despertamento, Ted returns to his house in Chicago and after he has meetings of visions more and more frightening of dead persons, inclusive a burned victim, Ted begins to carry out that his damage unlocked a little of present of the clear-sightedness that he is aimed by spirits that look for his help. Since Ted tries to unlock the mystery of one, bothered his and sceptic’s wife Molly, and adolescent son Max, to obstruct his investigation of the truth in the matter, which can put itself more near to what Ted thinks.
