James Cutter, le Conseiller de Sécurité nationale du Président, fait sa propre affaire de Cortez, avec la connaissance de Présidents et arrête des communications aux troupes voilées toujours en Colombie, par le Député du Directeur d'Opérations, CIA, Robert Ritter. Ryan finit par devenir aller en Colombie sauver le fait de convoiter ops les troupes avec l'aide d'agent de terrain John Clark, mais pas avant un peu de réparation de clôture entre les deux, étant que Ritter a reproché à Ryan les marchandises perdues comm, avec les hommes de Clark étant par la suite capturés par les mercenaires de Cortez. |
