A coloured team of tourists undertakes a boat trip of the presecuted Louisiana to marshy arms of a river, where they the horrific fairy tale of the local legend *quot; Victor Crowley*quot; learn; a frightfully distorted man who was killed with a hatchet by the hands of his own father tragically and by chance.
