In 1638 Reine de la France gives birth to a boy, who will inherit the throne one day. But, only known in few, there is a brother of twin there are the born minutes later. 22 years ago later, the king Louis XIV governs the country of France, but owing to his style of life and war prices, people are forced to be subjected to hunger and to poverty. Therefore they liberate the brother of twin hidden from the king and say him whom he is, as he feels of course without guilt and has no idea of very why it was imprisoned for 6 years with this mask forged around the head. Plan is now to replace the mediocre king with his brother in a party of masked ball held soon. Only D'Artagnan always keeps the king and therefore he must turn round against his old friends.

Bientôt Raoul meurt dans la bataille et le roi l'a de la voie. Mais Athos, Aramis et Porthos pensent à un plan de prendre la vengeance sur le roi. Aramis montre qu'il y a un homme dans un masque en fer dans une prison très sûre et que l'existance de cet homme peut résoudre tous les présents problèmes. Donc ils libèrent le frère de jumeau caché du roi et lui disent qui il est, comme il se sent évidemment sans culpabilité et n'a aucune idée du tout pourquoi il a été emprisonné depuis 6 ans avec ce masque forgé autour de sa tête. Le plan est maintenant de remplacer le méchant roi avec son frère à un parti de bal masqué tenu bientôt. Seulement D'Artagnan garde toujours le roi et donc il doit se retourner contre ses vieux amis. |
