When does Waring Hudsucker, head of Industries prosperous Hudsucker enormemente, commit suicide, his directors' advice, driven by Sidney Mussberger, does it rise with a brilliant plan to do much money: mark an idiot to direct the company. When the falls of quite low stock, Sidney and the friends can buy it in great quantity for penis in the dollar, assume the company, and restore his fortunas. They choose idealistic Norville Barnes, who only began in the room of mail. The Norville is whacky enough to take any company to ruin, but soon, the resistant reporter Amy Archer suspects and begins an overcast investigation of Industries Hudsucker.
