The police officer of Détroit Axel Foley is enraptured when he accepts a visit of surprise of his best friend Mikey Tandino, who sees in California. Not after a long time only Mikey arrives at Détroit, Mikey is killed, directly in front of Axel, by a man called Zack. Axel follows Zack to Beverly Hills, California, where the First lieutenant of department of police of Beverly Hills Andrew Bogomil allocates the Rosewood of inspector Billy and the partner of Rosewood, the sergeant John Taggart, to watch Axel. Axel visits his friend Spinning jenny Summers, which works in a gallery of art. With the help of Spinning jenny, Axel discovers that Zack works for the boss of Spinning jenny, Victor Maitland, the man who has the gallery of art. Maitland is an ankle of medicament which uses the gallery as a forehead and Maitland made kill Zack Mikey after Maitland accused Mikey of stealing some of the obligations of Maitland. With the help of Spinning jenny, Baguette and Taggart, Axel makes that he can to make sure Maitland and Zack will not kill people more.
