Plot Summary:
Policemen Bonaro and Madigan lose her guns to the refugee Barney Benesch. . While Bonaro and Madigan follow different, leads which goes police representative Russell about his duties, including the Beachtens functions, meeting with undeprivileged relatives, and Ratens for the husbands of fallen officers.
