Plot Summary:
San Francisco police inspector of ‘dirty’ Harry Callahan and his new partner, early smith has become from the manslaughter to supervision task temporarily wiederzugeteilt. In the meantime, those become the criminal of the city which get to avoid punishment by the courts, still from unknown murderers killed. Callahan begins to examine the murders in spite of the orders of his higher officer, second lieutenant’s brigs. A man must know his restrictions.

Inzwischen werden diejenigen der Verbrecher der Stadt, die schaffen, Strafe durch die Gerichte zu vermeiden, dennoch von unbekannten Mördern getötet.
