Plot Summary:
In this rotation on the traditional romantic comedy, Harris K. Tellemacher, a relation of Shakespeare, television meteorologist of Los Angeles looks for something important for his life. The highway sign of Los Angeles informs him that the weather changes his life in two ways, and Harris begins to look for the meaning behind this news.
