Plot Summary:
In the City of New York it seems to a pimple of grotesque murders to point to a group of grotesquely deformed tramps who live in the tubes. A courageous policeman, journalist of photo and his friend, and abundant tramp in nuts, to whom it seems to know very much on the creations, gathers to try and to determine what the creations are and since to stop them.
