Plot Summary: Joe Pendleton is a field marshal who prepares to lead his team to the deep superplate when he almost is killed in an accident. A too anxious angel starts him to the sky only to discover that he was not ready to die, and that his body has been cremado. A new body must be found, and that one of a millionaire recently murdered is chosen. His wife and book-keeper, the killers, are stunned by this development, when he buys L. To.
