Plot Summary: The Agent of NSA Augustus Gibbons (Jackson), freshly the success of his last conscription turncoat, is in the need of a foreigner once again. Gibbons and his new agent (the Cube of ice) have to trace a dangerous military secessionist group, led by Willem Dafoe, which conspires to overturn U. S. Government in the capital of the nation.
