Plot Summary:
Neil and Abby Warner have perfect life and perfect marriage. With their nice girl, Sophie, they live the American dream. untill today. When Sophie is suddenly kidnapped, they have no choice, that to submit to requests of abductors. The abductor - Ryan (PIERCE BROSNAN), a cold and sociopath count takes back their lives with the violent effectiveness of somebody who has to lose nothing. In the flapping of the eyelids of an eye Neil and the safe of Abby and sure existence is upside down turned. During next twenty-four hours they are in the clemency of a man who wants a thing only. That they make his auction. It soon becomes clear that requests of Ryan are all the more terrible. because he does not want their silver. That he wants Abby Ð and *189 is for Neil and; s life, life that they constructed more than 10 years, to be systematically non-assembled and destroyed. Piece by the piece. In due time by exhausting himself on their small daughter, Neil and Abby realize that their nightmare is on the point of taking its most lethal turn: They will have to face up Ryan’s final, horrible challenge - would they kill an innocent man to save their own child? In distant distance a solitary light burns in the window of a pavilion as the car glides in a stopping - and Neil knows that it is a question only he can answer - when Ryan gives him the gun.
Neil et Abby Warner ont la vie parfaite et un mariage parfait. Avec leur belle jeune fille, Sophie, ils vivent le rêve américain. jusqu’à aujourd’hui. Quand Sophie est subitement enlevée, ils n’ont aucun choix, que de se plier aux demandes de ravisseurs. Le ravisseur - Ryan (PERCENT BROSNAN), un froid et compte sociopath reprend de leurs vies avec l’efficacité brutale de quelqu’un qui n’a rien à perdre.
