Plot Summary:
After the death of his younger brother an uneasy 19-year-old street dancer of Los Angeles is in the state to handle youthful hall, while he signs up in historically black, truth university in Atlanta, Georgia. But to get his strains, an education and to win over the girl whom he likes, are sidelined if him is honored by two first campus-student unions from which both want and need his wild streets-like dance movements to win the high popular national step show competition.
