Plot Summary:
Gap saw has disappeared. Now helped from his new apprentice Amanda the puppet master has itself behind the cruel, complex plays which have frightened a community and have confused police, again arrest extracted and disappeared. While city detectives bundle together to find him, Dr.. Lynn Denlon does not anticipate that it plans to become the last security on his evil chess board. One night, on completing a movement in her hospital, Lynn is kidnapped by the distraught Amanda and is brought in a given up camp where she meets gap saw, also famously as: John Kramer who is bedridden now and on the edge of the death. Lynn is said that she must preserve the maniac for it, so long it takes Jeff, another of his victims to complete a play of his own. About the ticking clock of own heartbeat of the gap saw constantly, strict itself Lynn and Jeff in, it by each of her evil tests to make unaware that gap saw and Amanda have a lot of bigger plan for them both.

Während Stadtdetektive zusammenraffen, ihn, Dr ausfindig zu machen. Lynn Denlon ahnt nicht, dass sie vorhat, das letzte Pfand auf seinem bösartigen Schachbrett zu werden. Eines Nachts, nach dem Vollenden einer Verschiebung in ihrem Krankenhaus, wird Lynn von der verstörten Amanda gekidnappt und in ein aufgegebenes Lager gebracht, wo sie Spaltsäge trifft, auch bekannt als: John Kramer, der jetzt bettlägerig ist und auf dem Rand des Todes. Lynn wird gesagt, dass sie den Wahnsinnigen dafür bewahren muss, so lange es Jeff, ein anderen seiner Opfer nimmt, ein Spiel seines eigenen zu vollenden. Gegen die tickende Uhr des eigenen Herzschlags der Spaltsäge laufend, strengen sich Lynn und Jeff an, es durch jeden ihrer bösartigen Tests, unbewusst zu machen, dass Spaltsäge und Amanda einen viel größeren Plan für sie beide haben.
