Plot Summary:
Peter Parker (Tobey McGuire) cannot seem to seize any class of the rupture. To be the Man scratches has brought to him only problems about what his personal life worries. Not only that, Mary Jane Watson (Kirsten Dunst) is hired to the astronaut John Jameson, and Peter can lose it forever. The things are so bad for him that he is pushed ahead of his breaking point, then he decides that he does not want to be the Man it scratches more, until an abnormal accident transforms doctor. Otto Octavius in doctor. Octopus, the super one - villian with four metallic tentacles that go out of him. Peter realizes that only the Man scratches can stop him, but of course, the problems get up.
