Plot Summary:
The magnolia is the study of nine lives during one day in Fernando Valley São, Califórnia. These nine lives they all adhere and make revolving around the demonstration of play *quot; what Do the Children Know? *quot; (WDKK), where do I play a team of children’s three against adults and every time is the demonstration tied, there is a new team of adults and the children remain; if they gained the prior play. Count’s Partridge (late Jason Robards) produced *quot; WDKK*quot; when was it first tied up to the end of the 60 years. He is dying of brain and cancer of lung and is a care for Phil Parma (Philip Seymour Hoffman), masculine nurse. It delimits, the wife of Count’s trophy (Julianne Moore) begins to fall in the love with the Count for true, in spite of his mistake. The count, who quickly dies in his bed, asks Phil to find his remote son, Frank T. J. The Mackey (Tom Cruise), who grew when Count is hating and now it directs a seminar of the only men, which teaches them how it will seduce a woman and to leave it. The host of *quot; WDKK*quot;, Jimmy Gator (Room of Philip Baker), also is dying, but not so quickly like Count. He has a very rocky relation with his daughter Claudia (Waters of Melora), who sniffs the slit 24/7 and accuses his father of sexually bothering it. Official of police officer Jim (John C. The Reilly) goes to Claudia’s house after being called on a perturbation. He falls in the love with her immediately. Stanley Specter (Jeremy Blackman) is contendor in *quot; WDKK*quot;, what is a brilliant person and is being used by his father to do the money. If Stanley and his team to keep on winning, they will establish a record in the demonstration and they are going to acquire tons of the money. The register which Stanley is trying to hit is the record 1968 established by Donnie Smith (William H. The Macy), the one who had the right one to the same childhood when he was in the demonstration and grew now to be a pathetic loser. He was recently very fast of his job, and it is trying to find his way in the happiness.
A magnólia está o estudo de nove vidas durante um dia em Fernando Valley São, Califórnia. Essas nove vidas todos unem e fazem girar em volta da demonstração de jogo "O que as Crianças Sabem?" (WDKK), onde uma equipe de três jogo de crianças contra adultos e cada vez a demonstração é ligada, há uma nova equipe de adultos e as crianças permanecem; se eles ganharam o jogo prévio.
