Plot Summary:
Arnold Schwarzenegger plays a Russian police officer sent after a Russian trafficker of drug who has escaped from the United States and waits for the extradition in Chicago. Jim Belushi plays his temporary partner in the police of Chicago. When the trafficker of drug escapes, two police officer must conquer his differences in order to recover him.
Arnold Schwarzenegger juega a un policía ruso enviado después de un traficante de droga ruso que se ha escapado a los Estados Unidos y espera la extradición en Chicago.
