Plot Summary:
Because of an unhappy transfer of property of shuttle bus in the space NASA of a Last Judgement asteroid which is on a collision course with the earth realises. It seems, that to hit the only way, it of the course, in his surface should bore and a nuclear weapon allow to explode. But as a NASA even more resourceful team’s train underfinances the best drills in the world for the job the social order of the world starts to break down because the information reaches the audience and the hysteria results. Because high official policy with the strain, the drilling team play all faces deeply personal problems which can endanger the last chance of the humanity.
Wegen einer unglücklichen Besitzübertragung von Pendelbus im Weltraum wird sich NASA eines Weltgericht-Asteroiden bewusst, der auf einem Kollisionskurs mit der Erde ist. Es scheint, dass die einzige Weise, es vom Kurs zu schlagen, in seine Oberfläche bohren und eine Kernwaffe explodieren lassen soll. Aber als NASA unterfinanziert noch findiger Mannschaft-Zug die besten Bohrer in der Welt für den Job beginnt die Gesellschaftsordnung der Welt zusammenzubrechen, weil die Information das Publikum und die Hysterie-Ergebnisse erreicht. Weil hohe Beamte Politik mit der Anstrengung, die Bohrmannschaft alle Gesichter tief persönliche Probleme spielen, die die letzte Chance der Menschheit gefährden können.
