Plot Summary: Maximus is a powerful Roman general, loved by people and the aging Emperor, Marcus Aurelius. Before his death, the Emperor chooses Maximus to be his heir on his own son, Commodus and a conflict for power leaves Maximus and the sentenced to death family. The general mighty is unable to save its family and its loss of will allows him to be captured and put in gladiator's games until he dies. The only wish which feeds it is now chance to go up to the top so that it is able of examining the eyes of the man who will smell his revenge.
Maximus est un général romain puissant, aimé par les gens et l'Empereur vieillissant, Marcus Aurelius. Avant sa mort, l'Empereur choisit Maximus pour être son héritier sur son propre fils, Commodus et une lutte pour le pouvoir laisse Maximus et sa famille condamnée à mort. Le général puissant est incapable de sauver sa famille et sa perte de volonté lui permet d'être capturée et mise dans les jeux de Gladiateur jusqu'à ce qu'il meure. Le seul désir qui l'alimente est maintenant la chance de monter au haut pour qu'il soit capable d'examiner les yeux de l'homme qui sentira sa vengeance.
