Plot Summary:
Rust Boyd (Seagal) is a Detroit they catch the one who does not continue rules. After he saved the Vice-president violating every order that he received he it is transferred to one of the worst surroundings in the city. There he rapidly finds some corrupt rascal the sale of the heroine to traffickers of drug. The problem is, it is very difficult to count who is the bad type and in whom you can trust.

Después de que él salvó al Vicepresidente violando cada orden que él recibió él es transferido a uno de los alrededores peores en la ciudad.
