Plot Summary:
The Britons discover that somebody has perfected a way to pursue ducked submarines, and the technology to the highest bidder offers. An international crisis breaks if a royal with sixteen nuclear warheads equipped marine Pole Star submarine disappears during on the patrol. The Britons send agent James Bond to protect the pursue device and to find the missing container, before his rockets are begun in the west.
