Plot Summary:
When the Obligation investigates the murders of three sympathetic agents, he soon is an objective, evading the vicious murderers as he approaches in the mighty Kananga (Yaphet Kotto). Known how *quot; Mr.. Big, *quot; Kananga is coordinating a globally threatening scheme that uses tons of the heroin auto-car. Since the Obligation tries to disentangle the plan of the dominant intelligence, he finds Lonely (Jane Seymour), the beautiful reader of card of Tarô whose magic presents are cruciais to a man of crime. The obligation, naturally, works his magic itself in her, and the stage is established for sequences of action they punch the wrist that they implicate vudu, crocodiles with hunger and boats for race equipped with turbo.
