Plot Summary:
The count and the Skein have only a thing in common: they are both L. To. P. D. defective articles. Only one it was thrown, other cannot enter even. After facing one other in opposite sides of the law during a stop of traffic that is intensified of the control, these two individuals luckless end accompanied as humble watches of safety. In spite of being condemned to the lowest step of the scale of application of the law, Count and Skein uncover a sophisticated operation of contraband led by Nash and his hoodlums’ tape. When Count and Skein obtain his hands in little warm property, they continue the career of, first the bad types, of that time L. To. P. D. *mdash; led by lieutenant. Washington and Detective McDuff. What these two improbable partners do to the application of the law is a crime, but they only might save the day. That is to say if they do not kill one to the first other.
